We are looking for an experienced MEP Sales Manager with at least 3-5 years of proven sales experience to drive business growth, manage clients, negotiate contracts, and make independent decisions on pricing and packages with a great negotiation skill. 

• Achieve sales targets and grow business in the MEP sector.
• Identify and secure new clients.
• Negotiate with client independently.
• Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver clear sales reports
• Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
• Work independently while collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• At least 3- 5 years of proven sales experience in MEP.
• Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Target-driven, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Good communication and presentation skills in Khmer and English.
• Knowledge of sales practices is a plus.
