Job Summary

This role is driving transaction banking for deposit, fee income, and digital banking. It is called as 2nd tier customer touch-points by working closely with relationship teams across segments (Commercial Banking, Small Medium Enterprise, and Financial Institution).

Customer centricity and product matrix have been positioning to pitch clients and build client’s sticky relationship via products & services capabilities, and right banking solutions.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Strengthen and uplift overall customer relationships by providing banking transaction solutions.
  • Collaborate and work closely with the relationship team for execution of customer account plans for seizing cross-selling opportunities.
  • Build relationships and engage with customers for transactional/operating accounts in order to grow CASA at low cost of funds.
  • Grow fee base income and promote digital banking within business banking customer through offering product bundling and services – Payroll, S2Biz, Bills, Remittance, Trust, Escrow, etc.
  • Work and engage with Sr.RM/RM/ARM to grow a customer base from new to bank (NTB) and strengthen relationships with existing customers (ETB) for maximizing overall relationship value, cross-selling, and business referrals.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business management, Economic, Finance and Banking or other related fields.
  • At least 4 years’ experience in commercial bank.
  • Extensive knowledge transaction banking and customer relationship role.
  • Knowledge about banking products/services, digital banking within business sector as well as related banking process.
  • Good understanding about business sectors and operations.
  • Strong sales pitching skills and customer management.
  • Demonstrate understandable verbal and written communication skills.
