The Accounting & Tax Supervisor will lead the accounting and tax functions of our agency business, ensuring accurate financial records, timely tax compliance, and effective supervision of the finance team.

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations: general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and monthly close.
• Prepare, review and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage all tax compliance and reporting to client on timeline.
• Ensure internal controls are in place and adhered to; support stakeholders and regulatory filings.
• Lead, mentor and supervise accounting staff, allocate tasks, monitor performance and facilitate training.
• Collaborate with client to align financial and tax processes with business needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of accounting & tax experience, ideally in an agency or service-industry environment.
• Strong knowledge of local tax laws and accounting standards.
• Proficiency with accounting software (BALANCIKA) and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills.
• Leadership mindset: able to supervise a team and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
