Responsibilities and Duties
- Handle a full set of accounts, Tax processing, petty cash, and cash flow
- Ensure timely and accurate monthly and year-end closing and reporting
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the accounts payable, accounts receivable functions, and expenses analysis, and managing payment processing matters
- Perform journal entries and reconciliations for accounts closing
- Inventory auditing once a month
- Administer the assistant accountants to allocate jobs
- Prepare payroll monthly
- Prepare stock reconciliation, bank reconciliation, and stock balance
- Submission of tax and required documents
- Liaise with banks and participate in audit procedures
- Prepare a financial statement together with GL and all supporting documents
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/degree in Accountancy.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required
- Proficient in MS Office applications and accounting systems
- Independent, mature, with excellent communication and teamwork
- Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Female preferred
