Job Summary

The incumbent is the key person to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by making the business competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales team potential, creating sales plans and justifying those to plans to the upper management.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of products and competition status
Qualifications and Skills
  • High confined with can do attitude
  • Good and professional communication skill and interpersonal skill
  • creative, dynamic, smart, hardworking, easy going with pleasant personality
  • Able to deliver effective and favourable results in a professional and timely manner
  • Bachelor or Master degree in business administration or a related field
  • 5 years of related experience as a successful sales representative or sales manager
  • Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Good understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and English Language
