Art Director

The Art Director is a hands-on visual problem solver. You will take strategic briefs and turn them into stunning, platform-native designs. Working closely with copywriters and the multimedia team, you ensure every social post, billboard, and web banner is visually arresting and on-brand.

• Design and execute key visuals (KVs), social media assets, digital banners, and presentation decks.
• Develop detailed storyboards for video productions and multimedia animations.
• Collaborate with copywriters to brainstorm conceptual angles for daily social content and medium-tier campaigns.
• Adapt overarching campaign key visuals across dozens of different digital and physical formats seamlessly.
• Keep a constant pulse on global design trends, bringing fresh aesthetic ideas to the agency floor.

• 4+ years of graphic design or art direction experience in an agency setting.
• A strong portfolio showing a diverse range of visual styles and platformspecific executions (especially mobile-first design).
• Expert skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and foundational knowledge of After Effects or Premiere.
• Strong communication skills to clearly articulate your design choices to the Creative Director and Account teams.
• Fast, efficient, and highly organized with design files and layer management.
