Chief Information Officer (CHIO)

Our company is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Information Officer (CHIO) to lead the organization's overall IT strategy, digital transformation, technology infrastructure, and information systems development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning technology initiatives with the company's business objectives, strengthening IT governance, driving digital innovation, and ensuring the effective implementation of technology solutions across business operations.

This position requires a strategic technology leader with strong business acumen, proven leadership capabilities, and the ability to translate business requirements into practical and scalable technology solutions.

IT Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement the organization's overall IT strategy in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Lead the long-term technology roadmap, digital transformation initiatives, and IT development priorities.
• Advise senior management and the executive team on technology investments and opportunities.
• Establish IT policies, standards, governance frameworks, and operational procedures.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

• Drive digitalization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Identify and evaluate emerging technologies, automation, AI, and digital solutions.
• Lead the adoption and integration of enterprise systems and business applications.
• Promote innovation and technology-driven business development.

IT Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee IT infrastructure, networks, cloud environments, hardware, software, and enterprise applications.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of IT systems.
• Lead IT system integration, upgrades, and implementation projects.
• Ensure business continuity and disaster recovery readiness.

Cybersecurity & IT Governance

• Establish and maintain cybersecurity strategies and information security policies.
• Manage IT risks, data protection, access controls, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure appropriate cybersecurity measures and incident response procedures.
• Strengthen IT governance and internal control frameworks.

Enterprise Systems & Business Applications

• Oversee the implementation and management of ERP, CRM, HRIS, financial systems, and other business applications.
• Work closely with business departments to understand operational requirements.
• Optimize business processes through technology integration and automation.
• Ensure effective system utilization and return on technology investments.

Team & Stakeholder Management

• Lead, develop, and manage the IT department and technology teams.
• Establish departmental objectives, budgets, and performance indicators.
• Manage external technology vendors, consultants, and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with department heads and senior executives to support business priorities.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in IT, technology management, or information systems.
• At least 5 years in a senior IT leadership position, such as CIO, CTO, IT Director, Head of IT, or equivalent.
• Proven experience developing and executing enterprise-wide IT strategies and digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, enterprise systems, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data management.
• Experience managing large-scale IT projects, system implementation, and technology integration.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and technology investment planning.
• Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication skills in English.
