We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer to join the Marketing and Admissions team. Reporting to the Admissions and Recruitment Manager, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of student recruitment outreach for Grades 1 to 12, build relationships with feeder schools, communities and partner organizations, and guide the work of the Recruitment Officer.

• Plan and deliver the outreach calendar, including school visits, education fairs, information sessions and community events
• Develop and maintain relationships with feeder schools, community leaders, NGOs and partner organizations
• Deliver presentations to students, families and partners in Khmer and English
• Manage outreach-generated leads in the CRM from first contact through to handover to the Admissions Officers
• Plan and coach the Recruitment Officer's weekly outreach activities
• Track inquiries and conversion by source and event, and provide weekly outreach data and recommendations to the Admissions and Recruitment Manager
• Ensure all recruitment activities follow school policies, Ministry of Education regulations and safeguarding requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education, communications or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' experience in student recruitment, admissions, sales or community outreach, preferably in education
• Excellent spoken and written Khmer and English, with confident presentation skills
• Strong CRM, Excel and reporting skills
• Willingness to travel within Cambodia and work occasional evenings and weekends
• Experience guiding or mentoring junior colleagues is an advantage
