Responsibilities and Duties

- Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure company policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals in the pharmaceutical sector.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in HR operations or as an HR Supervisor.
- Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain confidentiality.
