HR Generalist / HR & People Operations

This person will be the sole HR person on-site, so we are looking for someone who is hands-on and comfortable managing a broad range of HR responsibilities independently.

The scope will include recruitment and onboarding, employee records and contracts, attendance and payroll coordination, employee relations and disciplinary matters, training and development, performance management, HR policies and procedures, as well as ensuring basic compliance with Cambodian labor regulations.

• Our key requirements are:Willing to be permanently based in Sihanoukville
• Good spoken and written English
• Cambodian / Khmer speaker preferred
• Approximately 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, retail, or another operational business
• Good understanding of Cambodian labor practices
• Strong recruitment and people-management capability
• Hands-on, independent, organized, and comfortable being the only HR person in the organization
• Able to communicate directly with management and department heads.
