Responsibilities and Duties

Supervise and mentor each sales team member to achieve the sales target
Identify and cultivate relationships with key fleet customers, including businesses, leasing companies, and government entities. Foster a positive and high-performing work environment
Build and maintain strong relationships with the current and potential customers
Address customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution of issues, and monitor daily sales activities, including reporting and forecasting
Ensure team compliance with company policies and procedures, track sales metrics, and provide actionable insights to improve results
Prepare and present regular updates to senior management
Sell vehicles with the target set by management.
Conduct daily sales activities (appointment calls, follow-up calls, and outside visits to customers)
Summarize daily, weekly, and monthly reports and send them to senior management
Set a monthly sales target and try to achieve the target
Other tasks assigned by senior management.
