The Project Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing sales opportunities related to modern wooden products, decorative materials, interior finishing products, and imported wood solutions for residential, commercial, hospitality, and construction projects. The role focuses on building strong relationships with developers, contractors, architects, interior designers, consultants, and project owners to achieve sales targets and business growth.

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities in construction, interior decoration, hospitality, real estate, and commercial sectors.
• Promote imported modern wooden products and decorative materials to potential clients.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and project costing based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on project progress and secure sales orders.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with:

4. Interior Designers
5. Consultants
6. Corporate Clients
7. Handle customer inquiries and provide professional product consultation.
8. Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain long-term partnerships.

Project Coordination

1. Coordinate with internal departments including:

5. Production Team
6. Finance Department
7. Monitor project delivery schedules and installation progress.
8. Ensure project completion according to customer expectations and timeline.

Market Research & Reporting

1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
2. Identify new business opportunities and market expansion.
3. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports.
4. Update project pipeline and customer database regularly.
5. Product Knowledge

Maintain strong knowledge of:

1. Modern wooden products
2. Decorative panels
3. Wooden flooring
4. Wall cladding
5. Furniture materials
6. Interior finishing materials
7. Stay updated on new imported products and industry trends

• Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience in: Interior decoration, Construction materials, Wooden products, Furniture industry , Building materials
• Strong network with project owners, architects, contractors, and developers is preferred.
• Good negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of project sales process and site coordination.
• Good command of English and Khmer.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Own transportation is preferred.
