DKT Mekong is looking for dynamic, committed, and success-driven candidates for the position of Medical Sales Representative to successfully operations in Cambodia to support the Head of Sales & Marketing to start and run this interesting project.

This position will act as key link between our company and our stakeholders and partners and will aim at meeting and exceeding business objectives related to Sales activities

a) Research & analyze the market

• Collect information on product groups, related industries, market trends, and competitors
• Survey & report coverage of each product group
• Receive customer comments and reviews

b) Expand customer base

• Carry out building and developing markets for product brands. Introduce and advise the company's products to customers
• Actively seek and maintain relationships with customers such as pharmacies, clinics, and hospitals
• Proactively propose necessary sales programs to generate sales and take care of customers
• Classify and rank customer groups to have effective sales and care plans
• Ensure the company's route calling target
• Sell according to the company's sales process and sales methods

c) Relationship with distributors

Connect, interact, and maintain relationships with Managers and Medical Representatives of distributors in the area of ​​responsibility

• Support MR to answer customer questions and arising problems
• Support MR to introduce new products (newly released products and products that customers have not yet purchased) to increase sales

d) Deploy point-of-sale support activities

• Collaborating with the Marketing department and distributor's personnel in increasing brand awareness at the point of sale, deploying and effectively controlling POSM and Trade Marketing activities

Education and experience:

• A Cambodian national with very good command of English (speaking, listening and writing in English).
• Education major related to Medical & Pharmacist is a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office, in particular Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• Willing to think (quick) out of the box and turn ideas into actions. Analytical!
