• Assist Sales Manager to develop list of prospects and target clients
• Maintain leads to achieve target
• Approach, make cold call, and conduct face to face client meeting
• Prepare sales report and sales tracking activities, including but not limited to, sales call report, daily/monthly sales activities, etc.
• Have an ability to convince clients and make business deal
• Prepare sales quotation and contracts under the guidance of Sales Manager
• Process sales order and ensure smooth delivery arrangements
• Co-ordinate sales campaign with the florists, creativity team, and other team members
• Build good relationship with the clients
• Keep update knowledge of the market competitors
• Ability to conduct comparative market analysis

• Degree in sales or marketing or relevant fields.
• Strong networking and business development skills with the ability to identify and secure new corporate clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under sales KPIs and deadlines.
• Willing to travel to meet clients, attend events, and participate in networking activities.
• Possess excellent presentation and proposal preparation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong customer service mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
• Knowledge of event planning, gifting solutions, or floral products is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM systems or sales management software is preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (preferred) and be willing to travel within Phnom Penh and nearby provinces when required.
• Flexible to work weekends or public holidays during peak seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Chinese New Year, Christmas, etc.).
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
