• Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
• Develop and implement online marketing initiatives across digital channels.
• Analyze marketing performance using data and generate actionable insights.
• Utilize AI tools to improve campaign effectiveness, productivity, and decision-making.
• Identify manual or inefficient workflows and implement automation solutions.
• Work with dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Superset) to monitor key marketing metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital or online marketing.
• Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in marketing.
• Experience analyzing and manipulating data to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with Apache Superset or similar BI/dashboard tools is highly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Creative mindset with excellent project management abilities.
• Able to independently manage marketing projects from planning through execution.
