Candidate will provide the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure that the company has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures, and people systems in place to effectively grow the organization. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire value chain —from reservoir management to final delivery—while maintaining world-class safety standards and driving the transition toward lower-carbon operations.

1.Project Management & Construction

• Commissioning: Drive the completion of stations currently under construction, ensuring they open on schedule and within budget.
• Vendor Management: Oversee contractors, architects, and equipment suppliers to ensure high quality builds and modern station layouts.

2.Fuel Operations (Retail & Wholesale)

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Manage the procurement and distribution of fuel to ensure zero "dry-outs" at stations while maintaining competitive wholesale margins.
• Volume Growth: Implement pricing strategies and loyalty programs to increase "liters per visit" in a volatile market.

3.Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) & Hospitality

• Cafe & Restaurant Management: Treat the F&B side as a core business. Oversee menu consistency, food safety, and service quality across all cafes.
• Cross-Selling: Develop strategies to convert "fuel-only" customers into "cafe-and-restaurant" diners.

4.Operational Excellence

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Create unified SOPs for station cleanliness, staff grooming, and safety protocols across all locations.
• P&L Ownership: Monitor the financial health of each station as a standalone profit center.

• Bachelor’s in Engineering or Business; MBA from a top-tier institution preferred.
• 12+ years in Downstream Oil & Gas or Multi-Unit Retail/QSR.
• Experience in the Oil & Gas, Energy, or heavy industrial sectors is highly preferred.
• Language: Fluency in English (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to switch between "Construction Mode," "Fuel Mode," and "Hospitality Mode.
• Leadership skills: Demonstrated strong leadership and team management capabilities.
• Risk Management: Managing the volatile risks of fuel volatility and the high-liability risks of food safety.
