The Production Planning & Coordination Supervisor acts as the central bridge between the Sales Team, Production Line, and Retail Warehouses. They ensure that production schedules align with market demand, stock levels, and warehouse capacity—helping company maintain a balanced, efficient, and cost-effective supply flow.

Sales Demand & Forecast Support

• Collect daily and weekly demand data from the Sales and Retail teams.
• Consolidate and review order trends by SKU, customer segment, and warehouse location.
• Forecast product demand with the Sales Manager and propose production plans accordingly.

Production Planning

• Coordinate with the Production Manager to schedule manufacturing based on forecast and available raw materials.
• Ensure priority products and urgent customer orders are planned correctly.
• Follow up daily with the production team to confirm output and completion timelines.

Inventory & Stock Refill

• Monitor finished goods levels at each warehouse and propose refill plans.
• Work closely with the Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure stock transfer efficiency.
• Highlight slow-moving or overstock SKUs and coordinate with Sales for clearance plans.

Data Management & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly stock vs. demand tracking sheets.
• Update management with forecast accuracy, stock gap, and production completion status.
• Support S&OP review meetings with data and improvement suggestions.

Process Improvement

• Identify bottlenecks between Sales–Production–Warehouse communication.
• Propose improvements in planning accuracy and production flow efficiency.
• Support implementation of digital tools (Excel/WMS/ERP) for planning and reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in production planning, sales coordination, or warehouse operations.
• Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and follow-up discipline.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Forecast accuracy (% variance between plan and actual).
• On-time production completion rate.
• Stock availability ratio by SKU.
• Reduction in slow-moving inventory.
• Coordination response time (Sales–Production alignment).
