You will report directly to the undersigned and responsible for assisting the Regional General Manager in various aspects of branch management to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the branch; performing customer service duties; participating with the Regional General Manager in establishing specific goals for the branch; ensuring compliance with all operating policies and procedures; directly supervising assigned personnel; communicating with appropriate local authority personnel and providing periodic reports.

• Provides professional, courteous and efficient service to all customers.
• To enhance our business performance, expand our customer base in Cambodia.
• Responsible for day-to-day cargo reservation and sales support.
• Provides effective human relations management, including recruiting, hiring, salary administration, performance evaluations, disciplinary action, coaching, etc.
• Handle customers' enquiry and coordination with airlines space controller at HQ.
• Provide business reports to measure unit success against marketing plans.
• Provide uplift reports for customers and prepare cargo sales reports.
• Responsible for development, recommend as well as conduct periodic reviews of marketing plans for each customer within the market.
• Responsible for collaborating plus develop strong relationships with freight forwarders and airlines business partners within the territory.
• Leverage strategic opportunities to support the growth of the business.
• Assumes additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Required to cover other regions in Cambodia as directed from time to time as designated
