Our Company is seeking a detail-oriented and knowledgeable Taxation Specialist to manage and ensure compliance with Cambodian tax regulations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting tax reports, advising on tax matters, and supporting audits, contributing to the financial integrity and operational efficiency of the company.

• Calculate and report taxes (Income Tax, VAT, Withholding Tax, etc.) in accordance with Cambodian tax laws.
• Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax returns (TOI) accurately and on time.
• Ensure timely payment of all tax obligations.
• Maintain and organize tax documentation, including invoices, receipts, and reports.
• Monitor changes in tax regulations and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Liaise with tax authorities and respond to inquiries or audits.
• Support internal and external audits related to taxation.
• Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Recommend improvements to tax processes and systems.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Taxation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in taxation, preferably in a manufacturing or multinational company.
• Strong understanding of Cambodian tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in accounting and tax software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., JD Edwards) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English, Korean is an advantage
