- Review and maintain copies of all tax invoices to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Receive and verify sales invoices from Accounts Receivable (A/R).
- Record and post invoices into Excel and the E-Filing system accurately.
- Prepare and submit monthly tax declarations in compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and file Annual Tax on Income (TOI) declarations.
- Estimate, monitor, and track tax liabilities and payments.
- Prepare and complete quarterly and annual tax reports.
- Develop and recommend tax strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify tax-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Provide tax forecasts and updates to management for financial planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and Cambodian tax regulations.
- Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and E-Filing systems.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English and Khmer.
