Warehouse Operations Management

• Plan and manage daily warehouse operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch)
• Ensure FIFO / FEFO principles are followed
• Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization
• Improve operational efficiency and reduce handling time

Inventory Control

• Maintain accurate inventory records (ERP/WMS system)
• Conduct regular cycle counts and periodic stock audits
• Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
• Control slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory

Inbound & Outbound Management

• Coordinate with Procurement and Production for material receipt
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production lines
• Manage finished goods dispatch to customers or distribution centers
• Monitor loading/unloading efficiency

Team Management

• Lead, train, and supervise warehouse staff (50–200+ depending on scale)
• Set KPIs and monitor team performance
• Develop local team capabilities (important for Cambodia localization)
• Manage attendance, discipline, and shift planning

System & Process Improvement

• Implement and optimize ERP/WMS systems
• Standardize SOPs (receiving, issuing, stock counting, etc.)
• Drive continuous improvement (Lean / 5S / Kaizen)
• Digitize warehouse processes where possible

Compliance & Audit

• Ensure compliance with customer audits (e.g., GSV ，SMETA, ISO standards)
• Maintain proper documentation and traceability
• Ensure warehouse meets health, safety, and environmental standards
• Support internal and external audits

Safety & Security

• Ensure safe operation of equipment (forklifts, racks, etc.)
• Implement warehouse safety procedures and training
• Prevent loss, damage, and theft of goods
• Ensure fire safety and emergency readiness

Cost Control

• Manage warehouse operating costs (labor, equipment, space)
• Improve productivity and reduce waste
• Monitor logistics and handling costs

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–10+ years of warehouse management experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Experience managing large teams (50–1500 workforce environment is a plus)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management
• Inventory control & data analysis
• ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
• Process improvement (Lean / 5S)
• Problem-solving and decision-making
• Good communication (English + Chinese/Khmer is a plus)

Preferred Experience (for Cambodia Factory)

• Experience in export factories (garment, footwear, electronics, etc.)
• Familiar with compliance audits (SMETA, BSCI, ISO，GSV)
• Experience building local warehouse teams from scratch
• Ability to work with government and customs if needed
