The Maintenance Officer is responsible for carrying out daily maintenance, repair, and inspection works for playground equipment, machines, electrical systems, air conditioners, lighting, and facilities. This role focuses on hands-on technical work to ensure all equipment operates safely, efficiently, and according to company standards.

Maintenance & Repair Execution

• Perform daily repair and maintenance of playground equipment, arcade machines, claw machines, air conditioners, lighting, and other facilities
• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the approved schedule
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical and mechanical problems
• Respond quickly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns
• Assist in installation of new equipment when required.

Preventive Maintenance

• Follow preventive maintenance checklist and schedule
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and facilities
• Identify potential problems and report to Maintenance Supervisor
• Ensure machines and facilities are safe for customer use

Tools & Spare Parts Management

• Use tools properly and maintain them in good condition
• Record spare parts used during repairs
• Inform Supervisor when spare parts are low or damaged
• Keep maintenance room clean and organized

Safety & Compliance

• Follow company safety rules and SOP
• Use PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) during work
• Report hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately
• Ensure repair work does not disturb customers’ safety

Reporting & Documentation

• Complete daily maintenance checklist
• Record repair details and parts replacement
• Submit daily report to Maintenance Superviso
• Support documentation for audits and inspections

Teamwork & Support

• Support Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations
• Cooperate with Operations team during maintenance works
• Assist external contractors when required
• Be flexible to work shifts, weekends, or travel to branches if needed.

• Diploma or technical certificate in Electrical, Mechanical, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in maintenance or technician role
• Basic knowledge of electrical wiring, machines, and facility maintenance
• Able to work independently and under supervision
• Good problem-solving skills
• Physically fit and able to perform hands-on work.
