Content Creation & Social Media Management

• Plan and shoot TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, and Facebook content for each location: Funmily (FML), Funderland (FDL), Kmengland (KL), Game Arcade (GL), Wao Wao 271 (WW)
• Capture key content from weekly activities, workshops, birthday parties, and arcade highlights
• Edit video content using CapCut or similar software to suit each brand’s tone and platform.
• Coordinate with the Marketing Manager and Assistant Marketing before publishing any video.
• After approval:
• Post to Facebook, Instagram, and Telegram Channel
• Send video file to FML MKT for TV Display in shop

Weekly Task Schedule

• Week 1 – Content Planning for M+1
• Create the content plan for next month (M+1) with the Marketing Manager.
• Inform each Shop Manager about the shooting schedule (exact date & time).
• Finalize the list of videos to be filmed per location and assign shop group topics.
• Coordinate in internal Telegram groups:
• FDL MKT, FML MKT, KL&GL MKT, WW MKT, 271 MKT
• Check if all materials (props, ingredients, decorations) have arrived in the shop before filming.

During Each Shoot

• Travel to the designated shop and capture content according to plan
• Engage naturally with kids (with parent approval) and capture fun, clear footage.
• Take both landscape and portrait shots for multi-platform use.
• Ensure high-quality lighting, cleanliness, and friendly tone in all visuals

After Each Video

• Edit and send draft to Marketing Manager & Assistant Marketing for approval.
• Once approved:
• Upload/post on official channels (FB, IG, Telegram)
• Send final video file to FML MKT for TV display in shop

• Proven experience in video creation and photography (portfolio required)
• Skilled in mobile editing apps like CapCut, VN, or equivalent
• Organized and punctual with shooting schedules
• Able to communicate clearly with both marketing and shop staff
• Good understanding of TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram trends
• Creative, friendly, and passionate about working with kids and playful spaces
• Basic English is a plus; fluent Khmer required.
