The Fleet Manager is responsible for full fleet & logistic operations, including driver management, route planning, cost efficiency, safety compliance, and continuous improvement of logistics performance. This role requires strong leadership, in-depth knowledge of Cambodia’s geography, and the ability to balance cost, safety, and service excellence.

• Develop and enforce work instructions, and operational guidelines for fleet activities.
• Strong knowledge of Cambodia’s road network, provinces, and border routes to optimize delivery planning.
• Oversee all trucks to ensure smooth and timely deliveries and managing efficient storage and accurate distribution of goods.
• Weekly work allocation planning, staff roster planning for drivers and operation workers.
• Develop and implement driver incentive programs linked to safety, productivity, and fuel efficiency.
• Coordinating with suppliers, carriers, and customers to streamline logistics and timely problem solving
• Optimize routing trucks utilization by using GPS and fleet tracking systems to reduce fuel and turnaround time.
• Ensuring compliance Cambodia transport regulation, insurance requirements and company policies
• Prepare Reporting:  Monitor KPIs such as cost per trip, cost per KM, utilization rate, and driver performance.
• Data Analytics & Forecasting: Use data-driven insights through demand forecast, reduce costs, and improve delivery timelines.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and similar experience
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in fleet management or logistic arrangement
• Strong working knowledge of Cambodia’s road network, provinces, and transport conditions
• Computer literate with Excel skills (data analysis, charts, graphs) and proficient in Outlook.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills with a hands-on, operational mindset
• Strong interpersonal, team leadership, and coordination skills
• Good at communication skills (Khmer/English)
