The Senior Sales Officer will be responsible for managing customer accounts, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales process from inquiry to delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure customer satisfaction and sales growth.
1. Order Management
- Receiving and confirming orders: Receive and confirm orders through communication with the US sales subsidiary & CN operation Center
- Manage bookings and shipping plans: arrange all official orders booked and shipped out on time, support US sales subsidiary if any issues.
- PO registration and product data management: register orders in systems in time, including OMS, GTS, JDE; Manage product info aligned in systems.
2. Inventory Analysis and Monitoring
- Tracking sales and inventory by internal management tools
- Production plan coordinating: Factory production schedule adjustment based on US sales forecast update, monitoring inventory while ensuring on-time delivery
3. Manufacturing Cost Analysis and Pricing Support
- Regular cost analysis and margin check: Conduct regular cost analysis and margin checks (quarterly & continuously)
- SKU master list management
- Support product’s cost break-down to exporting team that used in customs declaration
4. Channel-Specific Product Order Support
- Monitor the production process of orders, coordinate with other departments to complete deliveries on time
- Support the order transfer of production from China and communicate with the CN operation center closely
- Cooperation with global subsidiary and 3rd party lab to implement product-related compliance requirements, regulations, and testing standards
- Operating regular meetings with the sales subsidiary: Address issues through regular meetings with the sales subsidiary
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
- More than 3 years of experience in overseas sales support or supply chain management
- Preference will be given to candidates with work experience in Cambodia
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience in U.S. sales
- Proficiency in using MS Office is preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with locals and lead a team
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in English (preferred); Chinese (Mandarin) is an advantage
- B2B experience required; factory experience preferred
