The Export -Import Supervisor is responsible for managing all export-import operations, with a particular focus on shipments to and from the United States. This role ensures compliance with international trade regulations, optimizes logistics performance, and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee timely and cost-effective movement of goods.

• Develop and implement the company’s export-import strategy to expand international markets.
• Oversee and ensure international shipments comply with regulations, are timely, and within budget.
• Communicate and negotiate with international suppliers and customers to reach favorable agreements.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and government agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian and international trade laws and regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all import/export transactions.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (BL, invoice, packing list, COO, etc.).
• Handle HS code classification and tariff-related matters.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and understand global market trends.
• Manage risks associated with currency fluctuations, customs duties, and international trade regulations.
• Lead and develop the Exim team to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Provide training and guidance on trade regulations and best practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in export-import operations with strong experience handling U.S. shipments.
• Understanding of export-import regulations, customs duties, and international trade laws.
• Ability to negotiate with international suppliers and customers.
• Market analysis and international logistics management skills.
• Able to operate ERP systems, particularly JDE.
• Proficient in English and Korean is an advantage.
