As a Sales Supervisor, you will act as the direct link between management and the sales team. You will supervise daily sales activities, coach and motivate sales staff, ensure targets are achieved, and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

This is a leadership-by-example position — not a desk-only role.

• Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team on a daily basis.
• Ensure monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets are met or exceeded.
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and individual team results.
• Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in negotiations and closing key deals.
• Coordinate closely with Sales Management and company leadership.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new business opportunities.
• Prepare basic sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback.
• Ensure sales processes, pricing, and company policies are followed correctly.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Age: 32- 35 years or older.
• Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor or Senior Sales Leader.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Solid background in sales performance management and team supervision
• Results-driven mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Experience in real estate, housing, construction, or related industries is a strong advantage.
• English communication skills are an advantage (Khmer required).
