Responsibilities and Duties
- Supervise loading and unloading instructions by each customer, IOP/SOP, and Loading plans provided by CSV
- Ensure all transactions/activities are completed within the timeframe as per IOP/SOP requirements (any exception should be duly escalated)
- Perform counting, sorting, and barcode scanning as required by customer or MGT direction
- Specific solutions offered to warehouse staff, CSV, MGT for effective CFS operation
- Make daily, weekly, and monthly reports to HOD or MGT as per the regular schedule set up
- Work overnight during loading days, such as on Wed, Thurs, Friday, or any days required by the company's business status
- Active coordination between warehouse operations, CSV, truckers, and factories to deliver smooth daily operation
- Join the training set up by the company as required
- Support on C-TPAT audit/security compliance awareness, data collection from the warehouse, and submit data into the assigned system as required
- Train, guide, and support CFS staff to meet our work standards for internal and external requirements
- Any assigned tasks from management from time to time
Qualifications and Skills
- 3–5 years of experience in Warehouse Operations, specifically within a Container Freight Station (CFS) or Logistics environment.
- Highly preferred for experience leading or supervising a team of warehouse staff.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with C-TPAT (Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism) protocols and general safety/security audits.
- willing and able to work overnight shifts and extended hours during peak loading days (typically Wednesday through Friday)-Paid OT will be provided
