• Focus on securing and managing corporate clients, including government and private sector businesses, for vehicle leasing and sales
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients
• Staying informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and tailor solutions
• Negotiating Sales terms, ensuring legal compliance, and managing contracts for fleet sales
• Providing support to junior sales staff, preparing sales documents, and reporting on sales performance
• Work together with Admin to monitor vehicle stock and inventory and exchange with other branches
• Work closely with other departments to upskills Sales Team's knowledge, skills, and productivities
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing Department in designing and Implementing sales campaign, product launching, marketing tools, and monthly sales performance reports and update
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
• Bachelor’s degree at any business field or automotive is a plus
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Sales System
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good problem-solving skills with customers first mind-set
• Strong follow-up and monitoring skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in English literature
• Has a good driving skill with a valid driving license and understand clearly of the traffic law
