We are looking for a proactive and performance-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations. The candidate will be responsible for meeting individual and team sales targets, launching new and novel products, and driving business expansion. This role requires strong field sales experience, strategic planning abilities, and team leadership skills.

• Lead team to achieve target
• Checkup daily plan of subordinates, both based in Phnom Penh and Extra province.
• Regularly check competitors' activities that mainly compete with the team.
• Take action with competitors
• Strong relationship with KOLs in Phnom Penh and the province.
• Checkup history report regularly.
• Follow up on the daily sales report of the team sales representative
• Prepared campaign or other activities with customers.
• Find strategies to • push Rx and sales
• Observe opportunities in each area to take share of competitors.

• Bachelors degree in Medical Science, Business or Marketing
• Minimum 5-7 years of sales experience in pharma or specialty products
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in launching new products and managing field sales teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel for market visits and partner engagement.
