- Reception - Providing access to visitors, notifying appropriate team members of visitors arrival/appointments, scheduling/keeping track of appointments;
- Corresponding with clients and answering to enquiries through phone and email;
- Updating the firm’s website and assisting in marketing activities of the firm;
- Managing the upkeep of the office - file keeping, restocking stationary/supplies, logistics and handling physical mail deliveries;
- Assisting in issuing invoices/quotations for clients;
- Delivering documents to clients and arranging logistics;
- Scheduling timetables for the legal team and management;
- Other administrative work as assigned by the management.
- A Diploma or Bachelor degree in any field (preferably in business, law or marketing).
- Good communication skills - proficient in written and verbal English.
- Customer service and/or previous work experience preferred.
- Possess team spirit and a can-do attitude.
- Hard working and honest - attentiveness, problem solving, emotional intelligence.
