- Arrange meetings with customers to identify opportunities, introduce our portfolio and start projects
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate products and solutions
- Summarize customer visit report immediately after the visit
- Capture customer visits and projects in state of the art Customer relationship management (CRM) – tool immediately after each visit
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
- Service existing customers and always identify new opportunities
- Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target
- Execute the company sales & marketing strategy
- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information
- Review your own sales performance, ensuring to meet or exceed targets
- Bachelor degree in Chemical, Food Science or related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in chemical sales
- Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy.
- A passion to achieve the sale target
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and positive thinking
- Self-starter/Self-driven
- Able to work under pressure
