Responsibilities and Duties
- Focus on securing and managing corporate clients, including government and private sector businesses, for vehicle leasing and sales
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences
- Negotiating Sales terms, ensuring legal compliance, and managing contracts for fleet sales
- Providing support to junior sales staff, preparing sales documents, and reporting on sales performance
- Implementing sales strategies to maintain customer loyalty, repeat sales and expand sales channels
- Work together with Admin to monitor vehicle stock and inventory and exchange with other branches
- Work closely with other departments to upskills Sales Team's knowledge, skills, and productivities
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing Department in designing and Implementing sales campaign, product launching, marketing tools, and material Work with AM to prepare weekly, monthly sales performance reports and update
- Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree at any business field or automotive is a plus
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and Sales System
- Good problem-solving skills with customers first mind-set
- Strong follow-up and monitoring skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in English literature
