Manager, Accounting & Tax is reporting to FM and will be responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations as well as tax compliance and planning, managing tax audits, ensuring the timely submission of tax reports and ACAR reports, and maintaining relationships with tax authorities. Additionally, the role is responsible for managing cash flow, liquidity, and funding strategies, fostering relationships with banking partners, and mentoring team members to drive high performance. This role requires strong leadership abilities, technical accounting expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Accounting & Treasury:

• Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, promotion and fixed assets
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals, ensuring high performance and adherence to deadlines. •Monitor and review accounting transactions and balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure timely and accuracy of month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Develop and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with auditors and prepare audit schedules and responses for annual financial audits.
• Monitor cash flow forecasts and liquidity positions to ensure sufficient funds.
• Oversee the issuance and management of letters of credit (LC) and bank guarantees (BG).
• Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and standards and implement necessary changes to ensure compliance and best practices.
• Coach team members for a succession planning
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by reporting line.

Tax:

• Oversee monthly, annual tax and ACAR submissions, ensuring compliance and timely reporting.
• Identify strategies to mitigate tax risks and ensure accurate tax provisions in the ledger.
• Implement best practices to improve efficiency, compliance, and documentation.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance and Accounting
• Tax agent certification (from NTS or CamEd) is a plus
• At least 5-7 years of intensive experience in tax and accounting
• Experience in beverages industry is a plus
• Knowledge related to manufacturing (Beverage)
• Knowledge of SAP HANA and SAP B1.
