This 3-month internship offers an opportunity to work closely with experienced HR professionals in a dynamic environment of the business consulting sector. The intern will assist in diverse areas of HR skills such as Recruitment and Training, HR Administration and Office Announcement, and part of Business Development for HRINC and its affiliates.
Recruitment and Training
- Assist in hiring and posting all HRINC vacancies under department on such proper channels as websites, online, and social media.
- Assist in building up the pipeline of candidate pools in Recruitment Management System (RMS) on a day-to-day basis.
- Assist in Screening, Shortlisting, Interviewing and/or Testing, and Recommending potential candidates to senior team and hiring managers.
- Assist in preparing recruitment documents for the final round interview.
- Assist in updating recruitment status and categorizing CVs of each folder properly.
- Assist in making the draft onboarding agenda for new hires to confirm the relevant team of their availability training schedules.
- Assist in facilitating parts of the induction training for new joiners with a great onboard experience to ensure it is well-planned, dynamic, personal, social, and meaningful.
HR Administration:
- Assist in collecting staff information and checklist for HR system.
- Assist in delivering the internship agreements for signature request and stamp.
- Assist in preparing and categorizing any related staff documents in each folder properly.
Office Announcement:
- Assist in preparing public holidays or other office announcements.
- Assist in decorating the HRINC office with Operation team for annual festival/events celebration, such as New Year, Pchum Ben, and any special occasions, etc.
Business Development:
- Assist in organizing internal presentations, events, career fairs with the HRINC Team if required
- Assist in posting job announcements at schools or universities if required
- Other tasks will be assigned by the team in charge.
- Third or Fourth Year student majoring in Business Administration, Management, or other related fields
- No Experience is required
- Good English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Good interpersonal skills and prefers working with people
- Be able to use Microsoft suite and email
- Adaptability, flexibility, and be a good team player
