- Achieve the target set by the management
- Follow all the company’s policies, guidelines, procedures and instructors to ensure the compliance and no risk
- Assist to do planning and implementing sales (initiative idea to propose campaign, sales tactic and improve sales performance)
- Be able to understand the market and how competitor is doing and propose initiative ideas
- Communicate effectively the guidelines, procedures and standards of performance for staff to ensure group satisfaction and stimulate staff achievements
- Build up good customer services by scheduling to demonstrate the financial product to potential customers
- Support all sales events and activities
- Collect all the related requirement document, screen and key-in the application and issue the contract
- Assist to conduct competitor research and determine market requirements in terms of products and service
- Ensure that the marketing supporting sales material is enough and stock control
- Ensure well supportive to each dealer about the marketing supporting sales material
- Assistant to prepare the proposal to purchase marketing material monthly or quarterly
- Maintain the marketing activities record and partner contacts
- Daily sales report for supervisor/ Assistant Manager /Manager
- Do customized report (daily/monthly/yearly) for Manager as needs
- Support Manager to communicate clearly with subordinate the guidelines, procedures and standards of performance for staff to ensure group satisfaction
- Join regular meetings with the staff to ensure improvement of efficiency and effectiveness of operations and maintenance of good management staff relations
- Perform other jobs assigned by Manager
- Degree: Bachelor degree in the field of Sales and Marketing or related field
- Year of experience: at least 4 years of handing on Sales and Marketing especially in used car market knowledge and experience
- Business acumen
- Strong ability to negotiate and build relationship
- Strong presentation skills and convincing ability
- Communication skill and flexibility
- Ability to work under matrix environment with deadline
- Result oriented
- Great service mind and good team player
- Ability to work on multi-task and highly self-motivated
- Computer literacy in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), internet, email and research
- Analytical skill
- Leadership skill
- Good command in English is require
- Be available to travel to province/rural areas
