This role encompasses a blend of business development, sales, and event coordination, focused on growing membership and service offerings. The individual will actively participate in resource mobilization through training, membership drives, and marketing initiatives, working closely with the membership services team to analyze client needs and develop tailored services. They will be responsible for creating and executing membership and marketing strategies to promote, achieving KPIs through diligent planning and reporting. Additionally, the role involves proactive sales and marketing activities, including client engagement, follow-ups, and organizing promotional events and training programs. This includes recruiting qualified trainers, developing course outlines, managing event logistics, and creating training reports and materials. The individual will also contribute to ongoing research and development of training tools and materials, while fulfilling other assigned tasks.
