Manage and execute corporate branding including internal and external communications for ISI GROUP and take lead the CSR programs through KMH Foundation to consistently inform and educate the employees and the external audiences about the projects, product values, and achievements to contribute to overall brand awareness and equity of ISI GROUP and Urbanland.

Communication and PR

• Manage and execute the communications and content strategy for ISI GROUP across platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. This includes content planning, development, posting, community management, and channel oversight, all aligned with approved content direction and the digital marketing plan.
• Lead key internal communications projects, campaigns, and events, including our corporate newsletter and website, to strengthen our brand across all six divisions.
• Work with Business Managers and stakeholders to involve management teams from all Business Units in planning and updating communication plans, initiatives, and social media content for both internal and external releases.
• Copywrite and copyedit in English and Khmer to produce captivating and accurate content that speaks to our target audiences and is in line with key messages, including for social media and video projects
• Oversee end-to-end content production and distribution with media publishers. This includes briefing, scripting, arranging photography, ensuring high-quality outputs, proper delivery, and analyzing media reports.
• Develop and publish a wide range of long-form written content, including press releases, website articles, emails, newsletters, white papers, and print brochures. This also involves creating in-depth pieces about our brand values and pillars, always adhering to our style guide and tone of voice
• Research on industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies) to inform and educate the brands and the products
• Be the guardian of the ISI GROUP editorial style guide, tone of voice and visual style, ensuring that all contents published adheres to brand guidelines and the information is accurate and timely
• Organize corporate collaterals, credential assets, corporate merchandise of ISI GROUP

Corporate Social Responsibility

• Manage and implement Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programs through the KMH Foundation. This involves everything from project management to developing communication plans that highlight ISI GROUP's dedication to Cambodia.
• Engage key representatives from all business divisions to ensure their involvement and support in all CSR programs.
• Serve as the primary liaison for key partners, including government officials, local authorities, NGOs, and donors.
• Develop a biannual CSR report detailing activities, impacts, and investments. You'll also create and update KMH Foundation's promotional materials.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in English, Journalism, Marketing or related field
• 4+ years of experience in corporate comms management and CSR programs
• Experienced in writing content in English and Khmer within a Marketing or Business function for B2C and/or B2B audience
• Experience of managing multiple tasks and projects and have a strong attention to details
• Experienced in publicity management and working with Media outlets/ reporters
• Portfolio of previous content writing work for Khmer & English and having excellent verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
• Able to understand key editorial style and write in consistent tone of voice while adapting to different writing styles for different platforms effectively
• Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of products e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good presentation skills, strong and confident communicator
• Good analytical and listening skills, able to respond to feedback and research
• Good in handle challenges and tight deadline with resilience and solution-oriented mindset
