Manage and execute digital media buy and digital ads campaigns across touchpoints with regular optimization and adjustment as needed to contribute to the effectiveness of media spend, reach campaign objectives, and ultimately achieve overall marketing targets for Urbanland and its projects and ISI GROUP comms. 

• Propose and manage digital marketing campaigns on owned and paid platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn and other third parties
• Prepare and execute the ads campaign including lead generation campaign with regular tracking and optimizing to ensure the effective performance, the right target audiences’ interaction, and the optimal spending to meet ads objectives
• Collaborate with the content team and creative team to produce contents and visuals for ads campaigns and optimization, and improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Identify new trends, tactics in digital marketing, new ads format and techniques, and new technologies and recommend for further adoption and improvement
• Monitor and assess competitor’s ads activities and movements and provide analysis
• Produce ads report and insights for further learning and improvement
• Propose and monitor the monthly digital ads budget aligning with approved budget and spending efficiency
• Manage administration work pertaining to digital media buy and ads following company’s process and guideline

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in marketing or related field
• ​Record of Digital marketing Certification courses is a plus
• ​Experience in managing end-to-end ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google, Keyword planner, SEO & SEM and other related ads touchpoints
• Experience in reporting and visualizing data and trends
• ​Understanding of customer segmentation and marketing principles
• ​Strong and confident communicator
• ​Curious and able to work well under pressure and towards tight deadlines
