Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all digital marketing initiatives to strengthen Dynamic Group’s brand presence, drive business growth, and ensure alignment with corporate marketing objectives, while managing and mentoring the production team.
• Develop and oversee the company’s digital marketing strategy across social media, websites, email, SEO/SEM, and online advertising channels.
• Ensure all digital campaigns and content—including social media posts, website updates, email newsletters, and online ads—are innovative, high-quality, and consistent with brand guidelines.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the production team, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver effective campaigns.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize campaigns and achieve business objectives.
• Drive digital initiatives to increase brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for digital marketing projects and campaigns.
• Explore new tools, platforms, and trends to enhance digital presence and maintain competitive advantage.
• Represent digital marketing in corporate planning and strategic discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field; master’s preferred.
• 3-5 years of digital marketing experience, including team leadership.
• Strong understanding of digital channels, tools, analytics, and emerging trends.
• Digital strategy and campaign management.
• Proficiency in digital tools (Google Analytics, Ads Manager, SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms).
• Efficient in verbal and written communication and presentation.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills, creative, results-driven, positive, adaptable, and proactive team lead. Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
