Lead the strategic planning, execution, and oversight of all marketing initiatives to strengthen Dynamic Group’s brand presence, drive business growth, and ensure alignment with corporate marketing objectives, while managing and mentoring the marketing team.
• Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns to achieve business goals. This includes defining target audiences, setting marketing objectives, and selecting appropriate marketing channels.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, including event planners, digital marketing specialists, and copywriters. Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels. Maintain brand guidelines and oversee brand compliance.
• Performance Analysis: Track and analyse marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders. Identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, product development, and customer service, to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, such as advertising agencies, PR firms, and marketing technology providers.
• Reporting: Prepare and present marketing reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and progress towards goals.
• Staying Current: Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s/MBA is a plus).
• 5–8+ years in marketing with at least 2–3 years in a lead/manager role.
• Proven success in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
• Budget ownership and vendor/agency management.
