JOB TITLE: SALES SUPERVISOR

REPORTS TO: SALES DEPOT MANAGER

LOCATION: PHNOM PENH

SALARY RANGE:NEGOTIABLE

• Carry out the sales plan activities and coordination among the team.
• Customer retention through appropriate sale methods to optimize quality of service.
• Execute sales tools with marketing team to expand construction product line.
• Build up relationship with key customers as well as frequent visit wholesalers.
• Demonstrating of products to push the sales volume.
• Follow up weekly and monthly productivities report within sale team.
• Solving problem against the customer complaint sheet.
• Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
• Oversee the trends and actions from competitors.
• Liaising with sales team leader at provincial branches.
• Negotiating and close sales by agreeing terms and conditions
• Other Tasks assigned by line Manager.

• Bachelor degree of Marketing or related field.
• At least 3-5 years experiences in sale management.
• Understandings of construction industry.
• Have managerial expertise with inspired coaching spirit.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Wiling travel to work at provincial.
• Good command of written and spoken in English, Chinese is advantage.
• Excellent customer service and problems solving.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Be honest, reliable, and self-motivated.
