Job Summary
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop application and other process application by using approved tool/platform – Microsoft application.
- Create responsive and user-friendly interface HTML, Java script. Ms. Access, SQL server, SharePoint, SAP
- Create technical specifications and test plans, coding test and troubleshoot programs utilizing the appropriate hardware, database and programming technology
- Develop UX/UI Design, maintain both front-end and back-end components and create data entry form.
- Maintain and improve exiting tools to ensure they function well.
- Data collection and working closely with all relevant team within Operations such as Supply, Customer Service, Transport, Project, Depots, Warehouse, Optimization and Audit.
- Manage system of data management to ensure that the data are handled and stored efficiently and securely
- Monitor and manage the performance of the application and other process application.
- Create report based on the business needs using Power BI
- Provide user support and assist with the resolution of any kind of problem
- Other assigned task.
Qualifications and Skills
- Education background: bachelor or Engineer of Database and programming, Computer Science or Web developer.
- Experience: having at least 4 years experiences in Ms. Office 365, SQL server, SAP, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint web application, UI/UX design specialization, Database and Programming.
- Knowledge: having good experience of digitalization project management, transverse management
- Languages: good Written and Oral English Communication Skills
- Good at communication, intrapersonal and interpersonal skill
- Having opened mindset, team spirit and respectfulness.
- Be trustworthy, perseverance, and helpful to the team within cross functions.
