- Process payrolls for all employees; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain and update payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and internal payroll policies.
- Assisted in opening employees payroll account in local bank, prepared payroll related reports.
- Process and clear document submit to National Social Security Fund (NSSF).
- Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations, and summaries.
- Keeping updated on statutory legislations which may affect payroll.
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 3 year experience in HR and Admin including experience which require in processing monthly payroll, NSSF, Tax, and other labor reports.
- Strong knowledge in labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
