- Recruitment and Onboarding: Post job openings on various platforms, screen profiles, schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters, facilitate orientation.
- Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, databases, documentation related to hiring, transfers, promotions, and terminations.
- Payroll and Attendance: Coordinate with service provider on attendance, leave records, liaison with stakeholders on funds disbursement, ensuring timely and accurate salary processing.
- Performance Management: Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems, help coordinate performance review cycles and feedback sessions.
- Policies and Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in policy formulation and communication, maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee data.
- Employee Engagement and Relations: Support employee engagement initiatives and activities, address employee concerns and grievances in a professional manner.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs, support in organizing training programs, maintain training records and feedback.
- Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Possess 3-5 years in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge in labour laws and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational abilities with problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
