Recruitment
- Support on recruitment activities of Central Mansions, facilitate and arrange for interviewing schedule, conduct reference checking
- Arrange for job announcements through recruitment channels such as job sites.
- Coordinate with head-hunters and other referral sources for talent acquisition.
- Facilitate on Recruitment Requisition Form for approval.
- Ensure all candidates complete the employment application form before interviewing.
- Collect and verify employment documents like education certificates, former employment letters, income proof and others before job offer process.
P&C Administration
- Prepare all P&C purchase requests and claim/reimbursement.
- Maintain all P&C documents, contracts, letters and folders.
- Administer employee payroll (check staff attendance for allowances/overtime control).
- Responsible for an arrangement of newcomers and staff resignation process including staff exit clearance form and resignation acceptance letter.
- Administer staff leaves for Central Mansions.
- Maintain staff personal files/record and ensure confidentiality.
- Administer staff probation confirmation and prepare letter.
- Coordinate employee insurance (GPA, HNS, GTL, NSSF) to update new employee and resigned employee.
- Responsible for an arrangement of new joiners and staff resignation process including staff exit interview, exit clearance, and resignation acceptance letter.
HR Labor Compliance and staff relations
- Keep tracking on staff movement declaration in/out.
- Regular apply for quota, overtime approval, stop steward, and others.
- Administer on local workbook, physical check-up at occupational health department.
- Coordinate for all HR inspections like labor inspection.
- Coordinate self-inspections 2 times per year
- Report any unsolved issues/maters to Manager, People & Culture for further actions.
Training and Development
- Conduct and arrange the staff induction program for new hired and make refreshment for existing staff.
- Regular arrange staff insurance trainings/refreshments (Outpatient, GPA and HNS policy, Life, NSSF) for existing staff if necessary.
- Facilitate and arrange the HR policy and procedure training/refreshment such as Employee Recognition Program, Employee Internal Regulations and so on.
- Maintain and file all approved training documents and related records.
Staff Event & Other Projects
- Coordinate and support for staff event arrangement
- Other projects/tasks may be assigned to the Executive, People & Culture from time to time depending on business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resource or related field.
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Extensive working knowledge of compensation and benefits, Cambodian labor laws.
- Good communication in English and Khmer.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
