Job Summary

The Executive, Designation Operation implements Destination Operation in the assigned tour destinations and reports directly to the Supervisor or Manager, Destination Operation. The role performs end-to-end execution of tour operations effectively & cost efficiently, as well as handles the customized tours.

Working Hours:  Mon-Fri (08:00-12:00 & 13:00-17:30) Sat (08:00-12:00) 

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Execute the tour operation of the assigned tour products and ensure that these are being effectively implemented through state-of-the-art administrative processes and procedures to meet the business and operational objectives.
  • Other scopes are inclusive of customized quotations, achieving cost efficiency, and handling a smooth tour operation in pre-, during, and post-follow-up professional activities.        

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Manage & handle the tour operation of the assigned destinations
  • Handle MICE & TSP customized tour quotations and other special requirement tours
  • Work with all land/ suppliers to have a competitive cost advantage, favorable terms and conditions
  • Participate in a tour inspection for effective product development
  • Control tour cost-effectively and prepare a monthly tour cost calculation
  • Deal with problems in the tour operation
  • Conduct tour product training (Destination Op.., tour service, TL & Event & Marketing Team)       
  • Prepare weekly tour quotations & monthly tour cost report
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor
Qualifications and Skills

Education:

  • BBA in Tourism and Hospitality Management or a related field

Experience:

  • A minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.

MS Office and Software:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Other Skills

  • Good command of communication in both Khmer & English, Chinese is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstration of a high level of integrity and professionalism, possessing good computer skills, being proficient in Digital Social Apps, Ms. Excel, Ms. Outlook, and PowerPoint, which will all be necessary for the effective performance of the creation of reports, proposals, and recommendations.
