- Interpret and communicate with Chinese Customer
- Check leaflets by floor
- Warm welcome customer arrival
- Responsible for the work of insurance case, Ask Patient to provide Insurance Card or related documents to check patient’s benefit with Insurance team or direct to portal of Insurance
- Process Patient Registration
- Explain the service package and other term & conditions
- Show room to customers
- Coordinate customer’s issue in each floor
- Interpret and communicate with Chinese
- Do daily report
- Issue elevator card for admitted patient
- Perform tasks assigned by Head of Department
- Bachelor degree in Hospitality, or other related field
- Good Chinese and English Skill for Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing)
- Skill of Communication and Sale
- Computer Skill: MS office Word, Excel, MS Outlook
- Good communication skill and Interpersonal, Team work, self-Discipline and Good outcome
- Able to do multi-task and can handle complicated the work at the same time
