- Provide quality support through Voice and Digital Ticket channels for our consumer and partner
- Monitor various company communication channels including call center, social media, web enquiries, etc. and respond appropriately in a timely manner
- Gather feedback from drivers and passengers, observe front-line issues such as booking cancellation reasons, etc. and report promptly to supervisor
- Support other department campaigns when the need arises

- Title: Customer Experience Specialist (Contact Center)
- Salary offer: $300 - $350
- Shift allowance: $5 (Based on an actual workday)
- OT: Shall be entitled if any
- Insurance: Group Personal Accident + NSSF)
- Working days: 5 days per week
- Working hours: Shifts Rotation (shift A: 7:00am - 4:00pm / shift B: 13:00pm - 22:00pm/ Shift C: 10pm-7am) (flexible to work based on arrangement by line manager)
- Training shift A: 7:00 AM - 4:00pm
- Contract type: UDC (Undetermined Duration Contract)
- Seniority payment: Based on contract type, UDC
- Probation period: 3 Months
- Other benefits: Comply by Labor Law.
- Minimum Qualifications: Studying or graduate in bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years Contact Centre experience in a fast-paced environment
- Quick learner, problem solver, passionate professional with strong interpersonal, cross-team collaboration and communication skills.
- Good computer skills
- Good at English (Speaking & Writing)
- Able to work on shifts rotation and night shift
