Senior Full-Stack Developer will be responsible for architecting, building, and maintaining the server-side logic of our applications, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security. Moreover, staff will in charge for designing, building, and maintaining high quality mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms. 

Architectural Design

• Lead the design and development of scalable and secure backend architecture.
• Make key decisions on technology stack, design patterns, and frameworks to be used in backend development.
• Ensure that the architecture supports current and future business needs.

Backend Development 

• Write high-quality, maintainable, and efficient code in languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js, or PHP.
• Design, implement, and manage databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and other server-side components. 

Performance Optimization

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize backend performance, including database queries, API response times, and server resources.
• Implement caching strategies, load balancing, and other techniques to ensure the system is performant and scalable.
• Conduct regular code reviews and refactor legacy code to improve efficiency.

Security Management 

• Implement and enforce best practices for data security, including encryption, authentication, and authorization.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends and technologies.

App Development

• Design, develop, and implement mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications across various devices.

Maintenance and Optimization

• Regularly update and maintain mobile applications, ensuring they are secure, efficient, and up-to-date with the latest technologies.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to optimize app performance.
• Monitor the app performance using analytics tools and make necessary improvements.

Integration

• Integrate mobile applications with back end services and third-party APIs.
• Work with databases to manage app data efficiently.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs for mobile app functionality.

Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with front-end developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes, providing technical insights and recommendations.
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• A master’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred. 

Knowledge  

• Extensive experience in backend development using languages such as Python, Java, Ruby, Node.js, or PHP.
• Deep understanding of database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or Redis, including experience with database design and optimization.
• Expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and server-side logic.
• Strong knowledge of cloud services like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency in version control systems like Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Advanced understanding of security best practices, including data encryption, authentication, and authorization. 
• Familiarity with message queuing systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.

Experience

• 7 years of experience in backend development, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering large-scale, high-performance backend systems.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and leading development teams.
