Responsibilities and Duties
- Assist Sales Consultant Manager in developing and implementing Sales Strategies
- Assist the Sales Consultant Manager in managing an effective sales team
- Find potential leads to meet with the company's KPI
- Converting potential leads to become clients
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team within the company to achieve both the individual and the team's KPI
- Provide the best solution and excellent client service to leads/clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with leads/clients
- Follow the assigned tasks from the supervisor
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing or in related fields
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales and 1 year in a Senior role
- A female candidate is a bonus for selection
- Good at negotiation and problem-solving skills
- Be flexible and willing to travel
- Be honest, accountable, and adaptable with flexible time in responding to leads/clients
- Good at MS Office and can produce a daily sales report
